Yoga classes are in the hatha style, and incorporate vinyasa sequences, breathing and meditative techniques. The class begins with breath awareness and warm up. Dynamic stretches, posture sequences and static asana help to create flexibility, build strength and relieve tension. Towards the end of the class we incorporate a guided relaxation/meditation session.
