In line with current Government restrictions, we’ve made some temporary changes to our operations to support your safe return including the introduction of 60 minute pre-booked sessions (no walk-ins permitted at this stage).

Conditions of Entry – Pool Session – Please Read Prior to Booking
In line with current Victorian Government restrictions, Eltham Leisure Centre, herein referred to as “The Centre” will be operating under a restricted model for pool access.
Users wishing to access the facility for lap lane swimming or water-based rehabilitation will be permitted to do so under these Conditions of Entry. By submitting a booking to The Centre, you agree to abide by all Conditions of Entry as outlined in this document.
Booking policy
1. Bookings will be accepted under the following categories:
a. Member: For those that hold a valid Health and Wellness or Aquatics Membership at Eltham Leisure Centre, or are enrolled in our Swim School Program.
b. Casual User or Non Member: For all other individuals, including user group participants (eg. Swim Club) who do not meet the criteria of a member as outlined in 1a
2. All sessions must be booked online prior to arrival (No walk-ins accepted)
3. Payment is required in full to participate in your session
4. Refunds and cancellations are not available.
5. Bookings open to current members 7 days prior to the session commencing ($5.50) and to the general public 3 days prior to the session commencing ($5.50).
6. All sessions close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for booking.
7. Swimmers with a valid companion card can be accompanied by one carer who is not swimming. Due to strict capacity limits, the carer must also be booked into the session time (No charge applies). Bookings for carers must be made by calling The Centre directly.
8. Bookings for children under the age of 10 must be made over the phone and they must be accompanied to The Centre by a supervising parent or guardian. The supervising parent or guardian must also pay the relevant session fee.
Restrictions
9. Limited shower and change room facilities will be permitted.
10. No locker access is permitted and belongings are not to be left in the changerooms. Valuable personal items should be left at home.
11. Patrons must bring their own water bottle. No other food or drink is permitted into The Centre.
12. Patrons must bring their own equipment such as goggles and swimming aids. No communal equipment will be available at The Centre.
Social distancing, safety, health and hygiene
13. The patron is responsible for adhering to social distancing, health and hygiene guidelines as outlined within The Centre and including:
a. Always keeping a 1.5 metre distance between yourself and others
b. Adhering to assigned entry and exit points
c. Showering with soap and water at home before arrival
d. Staying home if you have cold or flu symptoms, or have been in contacted with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 carrier
e. Washing your hands often with soap and covering coughs and sneezes
14. The patron must adhere to the standard Conditions of Entry to The Centre
Lap Swimming Procedures
15. You should arrive at the main entrance no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your session commencing. Due to strict capacity limits, early entry will not be permitted.
16. The one-hour booking consists of 60 minutes in the facility, commencing at your scheduled booking time.
17. Warm Water Session booking patrons will be issued a wristband upon arrival at reception, to be worn during your session
18. Toddler Pool Session booking adult patrons will be issued a wristband upon arrival at reception and must follow Eltham Leisure Centre’s Watch Around Water policy at all times.
o Children aged 5 to 9 will be issued a yellow wrist band which must be worn at all times and children must be actively supervised by accompanying adult at all times.
o Children under the age of 5 will be issued a pink wrist band which must be worn at all times and children must remain within arms reach of supervising adult at all times.
19. Lifeguards will provide instructions when it is time to exit the pool. At this time you must immediately prepare to exit the Centre.
20. Patrons must exit before or at the scheduled session end time.
21. Late arrivals must swim within their booking hour and cannot carry over into the next hour.
Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions of entry may result in restrictions for future bookings.
Conditions of Entry – Gym Session – Please Read Prior to Booking
In line with current Victorian Government restrictions, Eltham Leisure Centre, herein referred to as “The Centre” will be operating under a restricted model for gym access.
Users wishing to access the facility for gym use will be permitted to do so under these Conditions of Entry. By submitting a booking to The Centre, you agree to abide by all Conditions of Entry as outlined in this document.
Booking policy
· Bookings will only be accepted from persons aged 18 years or older.
· Bookings will be accepted under the following categories:
o Member: For those that hold a valid Health Club or Aquatics Membership at Eltham Leisure Centre.
o Casual User or Non Member: For all other individuals who do not meet the criteria of a member as outlined in 1a.
· All sessions must be booked online prior to arrival (No walk-ins accepted).
· Payment is required in full to participate in your session.
· Refunds and cancellations are not available.

· All sessions close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Restrictions
· No locker access is permitted and belongings are not to be left in the changerooms. Gym bags will not be permitted on gym floor and should be left at home or in your car. Valuable personal items should also be left at home.
· Patrons must bring their own mat, water bottle and personal sweat towel. Patrons will not be permitted entry into the gym without these items.
Social distancing, safety, health and hygiene
· The patron is responsible for adhering to social distancing, health and hygiene guidelines as outlined within The Centre and including:
o Always keeping a 1.5 metre distance between yourself and others
o Wiping down all equipment using the provided wipes following use
o Adhering to assigned entry and exit points
o Staying home if you have cold or flu symptoms, or have been in contacted with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 carrier
o Washing your hands often with soap and covering coughs and sneezes
o Limit change room and shower use by arriving in appropriate attire
· The patron must adhere to the standard Conditions of Entry to The Centre
Gym Usage Procedures
· You should arrive at the main entrance no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your session commencing. Due to strict capacity limits, early entry will not be permitted.
· The one-hour booking consists of 60 minutes in the facility, commencing at your scheduled booking time and includes both your arrival and departure time.
· Centre staff will provide instructions when it is time to exit. At this time you must immediately prepare to exit the Centre.
· Patrons must exit before or at the scheduled session end time.
· Late arrivals must access the gym within their booking hour and cannot carry over into the next hour.
Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions of entry may result in restrictions for future bookings..
Conditions of Entry – Group Fitness Session – Please Read Prior to Booking

Users wishing to access the facility for group fitness classes will be permitted to do so under these Conditions of Entry. By submitting a booking to The Centre, you agree to abide by all Conditions of Entry as outlined in this document.

Group Fitness Class Procedures
• You should arrive at the main entrance no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your class commencing. Due to strict capacity limits, early entry
will not be permitted prior to session time.
• At the conclusion of the class, all patrons must clean and disinfect all used equipment by following staff instructions and using the provided
products.
• Patrons must exit the facility immediately following their group fitness class.
• Late arrivals will not be permitted entry to the class and will forfeit any monies paid.
Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions of entry may result in restrictions for future bookings.

If you do not yet have a password the default password Eltham1234 (Please remember passwords are case sensitive. Should you have any issues please click the ‘Forgot Password’ link.)
- After your first log in you will receive a code to your email address to update to a password of your choosing.
- Once you are logged in, you can book into sessions by:
- Clicking Book Online then choose Group Fitness Sessions – This will take you to our session list with times available for booking shaded in green. (Please remember, online bookings open for each session exactly 7 days prior to the session time.)
- Selecting your desired session and clicking “Book It” and pay securely online
- You will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking
